    Resolution of Disputes
    Informal negotiations
    In order to expedite the resolution and control the costs of any dispute, controversy, or claim (each a “Dispute” and collectively “Disputes”) related to these Legal Terms by you or us (individually, a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”), the Parties agree to first attempt to informally negotiate any Dispute (except Disputes expressly set forth below) at least thirty (30) days prior to commencement. Such informal negotiations shall be initiated by written notice from one Party to the other Party. In case of inability to resolve the dispute through negotiations, the Parties will apply to the competent court of RA.
